Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an approach that many people use to manage their mental health, including feelings of anxiety and depression.
CBT is based on the belief that your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors combine to influence your quality of life.
With CBT, people can learn that it’s possible to have control over their thoughts, feelings and behavior. It can help to challenge and change automatic beliefs, and use practical strategies to change behavior.
Through the program, you’ll be asked to reflect on your own thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Through hypnosis and some practical activities, you’ll learn how to have greater control – leading to a greater quality of life.
Research shows that combining CBT with hypnosis (like we do in this program) can lead to better results than using either alone.
